Mawsynram - Mawsynram is situated about 56 kilometers from Shillong and is famous for the gigantic stalagmite formation, which is shaped like the 'Shivlinga'. This 'Shivlinga', housed in a cave called 'Mawjymbuin', attracts thousands of devotees, who come to this place to witness the great boon of nature.
