Crinoline FallsCrinoline falls is one of Shillong's many natural waterfalls. It is centrally located in the city, quite nearby Lady Hydari Park. The cascading water presents a captivating sight, as it makes its way through the jungle. At the foot of the falls, there is a well-maintained swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful orchids and potted Bonsais.

Located in the center of the city adjacent to the Lady Hydari Park with its mini zoo, lies the Crinoline Falls which cascades through its jungle path.

At the foot of the falls there is a well maintained Swimming Pool which caters to swimming enthusiast of all ages. Besides swimming there is an attached restaurant and regular evening programs are arranged for the benefit of tourist and visitors.

There is also a rock pool nearby with reeds and water lilies. To attract tourists and visitors, regular evening programs to entertain the guests, are planned and a close restaurant caters to the need of food and drinks.

Bishop and Beadon FallsThe Beadon Falls lies about 2 km from Bara Bazaar. There is a hydroelectric powerhouse at the stand of the falls. The Bishop Falls is also nearby and together they mingle and flow into the Umiam River.

Both cascade down the same escarpment into a bottomless valley, the bunch of water dissolving into misty sparks.
