Gatha falls (91 m, Panna)
It is the sixth tallest waterfall in the state and located near the city of Indore and an ideal weekend destination for picnickers. It attracts quite a plentiful number of tourists owing to easy accessibility but the nearby Patal Pani falls is far more popular. Information on the river is not available.
The Tincha Fall is a waterfall about 10kms. from Simrol, a village on the Indore-Khandwa road. The Tincha village now has tar roads and so the ride is pleasant. From the village, the falls is just a kilometer away and the genial villagers help you find the way easily. It helps that there is a signboard where we need to turn right from the Tincha village. As we enter the falls area, we are enraptured by the huge flowl and the valley. We decide to get down to the bottom two villagers show us the way before they disappear in a jiffy. That is the most difficult stretch of the whole trek down.
